Commission des finances f UEFACommission de l'UEFA qui a pour tâches de conseiller et de soutenir le Comité exécutif de l'UEFA dans la gestion financière de l' UEFA, notamment dans la communication de l'information financière au comité exécutif de l'UEFA et au congrès de l'UEFA, l'établissement du budget et des prévisions financières, la gestion du patrimoine et des risques financiers ainsi que la politique d'investissement.► La Commission des finances coordonne ses activités avec les réviseurs internes et les réviseurs externes. La Commission des finances se compose d'un président, à savoir le vice-président de l'UEFA qui n'est pas membre du CSFP, et de trois membres, à savoir le président de la Commission des associations nationales, le président de la Commission HatTrick et le président de la Commission de conseil en marketing.
Finance Committee UEFAA UEFA committee whose duties are to advise and support the UEFA Executive Committee in the financial management of UEFA, in particular the financial reporting to the UEFA Executive Committee and UEFA Congress, budgeting and forecasting, asset and financial risk management, and investment policies.► The Finance Committee cooperates in its work with the internal auditors and external auditors. The Finance Committee is composed of a chairman, namely the UEFA vice-president who is not a member of the PFSC, and three members, namely the chairman of the National Associations Committee, the chairman of the HatTrick Committee and the chairman of the Marketing Advisory Committee.

Sur proposition du président de l'UEFA, le Comité exécutif de l'UEFA élit le président, un ou plusieurs vice-présidents et les membres d'une commission pour un mandat de deux ans. Une association membre de l'UEFA doit avoir au moins deux représentants au sein de l'ensemble des commissions.
A group of representatives from the UEFA member associations, which may carry out certain of the duties delegated by the UEFA Executive Committee and shall advise it on a subject.► In 2007, the Committees of UEFA are: National Associations Committee, Finance Committee, Referees Committee, National Team Competitions Committee, Club Competitions Committee, Youth and Amateur Football Committee, Women's Football Committee, Futsal and Beach Soccer Committee, HatTrick Committee, Development and Technical Assistance Committee, Club Licensing Committee, Stadium and Security Committee, Medical Committee, Players' Status, Transfer and Agents and Match Agents Committee, Legal Committee, Marketing Advisory Committee, Media Committee, Fair Play and Social Responsibility Committee, Football Committee. Based on proposals submitted by the UEFA President, the UEFA Executive Committee elects the chairman, one or more vice-chairmen and the members of each committee for a two-year term. Every UEFA member association has at least two representatives on the overall number of UEFA committees.

Both auditors are elected for four years, with one being replaced every two years. In order to avoid the duplication of effort, the internal auditors coordinate their work with the chairman of the Finance Committee and with the external auditors.
